Da ich leider nach vier Jahren wegziehen muss, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter, der das Zimmer übernehmen möchte. Es besteht evtl die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer zu übernehmen.
Die Warteliste für das Wohnheim ist lang, früh melden lohnt sich also.
Ein günstigeres Zimmer gibt es in Freiburg nicht.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert : Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Regale, Stuhl, Nachtschrank, Bettgestell und ein Waschbecken.

Wait list for this dorm is very long because it is very affordable.
Furniture : Closet, desk, chair, bed (without mattress), and a washing table.
Aldi, Rewe und eine Restaurants sind in den Westarkarden in 5 Minuten (zu Fuss erreicht)
Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreicht. Mit der Strassenbahn oder mit dem Fahrrad in 7 Minuten.
Supermarkets are reached within 5 minutes. Main station is 15 minutes by walk and 7 min by bike or tram.
Die Bewohner sind alle super offen und freundlich. Es wird gerne auch mal zusammen gekocht, gegrillt oder Sonntags eine Movienight gemacht. Im Gemeinschaftsraum wird viel Zeit miteinander verbracht , wer aber seine Ruhe möchte, findet diese im Zimmer.
Flatmates are super friendly. We like to cook, barbecue or have a movie night on sundays once in a while.
