Wir bieten ein super schönes Zimmer im Stühlinger!
Du bist in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in der Bib/Stadt, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß bei der Bahnstation (Eschholzstraße), Penny ist direkt gegenüber.
Die Bedingung für den Einzug ist die Übernahme der Möbel. Diese sind im top Zustand , sehr modern (WEIß) und nicht einmal drei Jahre alt. (Bett, Schrank, Beistelltisch)....Bei Interessse verschenke ich dazu noch den großen Schreibtisch und das weiße große Regal. Ihr seht diese auch zum Teil auf den Bildern...
Die Nebenkosten wie Müll etc sind auch schon in der Ablöse mit drin.. Außerdem werde ich viele allgemeine Dinge in der Wg lassen, die du dann nicht mitbringen musst.
Die Kaution wird vor dem EInzug (1 Woche vorher inklusive Abschlag) überwiesen. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr unkompliziert.
