Das ca. 18-19qm große Zimmer hat einen Laminatfußboden und ein großes Fenster nach Osten. Etwa in der Mitte des Zimmers befindet sich ein Vorhang, mit dem man einen Schlafbereich abgrenzen kann.
Eine Küche mit Balkon, ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, ein separates WC, eine Abstellkammer, ein Dachboden- und ein Kellerabteil teilen wir uns.
Knapp 2 min zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Lehener Str./Eschholzstr.
Bei der Tramhaltestelle Rathaus im Stühlinger ist man in ca. 6 min.
Zu Fuß ist man in 15 min am Bertholdsbrunnen und in 10min am Hbf.
Supermärkte, Späti, Bäcker, Metzger, Fahrradladen sind fußläufig erreichbar (auch ca. 5 min).
Da unsere bisherige Mitbewohnerin Louisa auszieht, um mit ihrem Freund zusammenzuwohnen, sind wir auf der Suche nach einer / einem neuen Mitbewohner*in. Wir, Christian (33) und Till (37), sind beide berufstätig, weshalb das WG-Leben von Tagesform und Zufall abhängt. Einem Plausch in der Küche oder einem Glas Wein sind wir aber sicherlich nicht abgeneigt.
Wir suchen nach jemandem, die / der längerfristig in unserer WG wohnen möchte.
