Ani ist ganz frisch eingezogen, siehe ihre Beschreibung Anzeige 7863891
Ich ziehe leider aus der schönen Wohnung im Stühlinger aus. Zur Zeit bin ich im Ausland, deshalb suche ich jemanden, der für den April in mein möbliertes Zimmer geht (Gesamtmiete 500€). Am 30.April wird das Zimmer geräumt und die Wohnung geht dann entweder an dich, wenn es dir gefällt und du schnell genug bist und alles gut klappt mit der Mitbewohnerin Ani. Ansonsten gibt es ein separates Angebot für jemand Neues ab 1.Mai für das Zimmer (siehe Anzeige 7863891). WG-Inventar und Waschmaschine gebe ich für 200€ an denjenigen weiter, der ab 1.Mai in der Wohnung bleibt.
