Das Zimmer ist in einer schönen Altbauwohnung und hat einen schönen Holzboden. Es ist in einer 3er WG, wobei ein Zimmer bereits vermietet ist und ein weiteres noch vermietet werden soll. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m^2 groß. Die Wohnung besitzt eine Küche, einen Balkon sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Es gibt einen Innenhof, um Fahrräder abzustellen.
Zu Fuß sind die Straßenbahnhaltestellen in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Auch die Stadt ist problemlos zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt optimal für Medizinstudenten/-innen da auch die Kliniken in Fußnähe liegen. Um die Wohnung liegen verschiedene Bars sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Bis jetzt wohnt in der WG ein Mädchen, jedoch kann die WG auch gemischt sein. In dem Haus wohnen mehrere WGs und eine Familie.
Solltest du in die ängere Auswahl kommen, kann die WG auch gerne nach Absprache besichtigt werden. Das Zimmer ist für ein Jahr inseriert, dies kann jedoch verlängert werden. Bitte nur seriöse Anfragen stellen.
