Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 Quadratmeter groß und würde warm inklusive Nebenkosten 460€ kosten. Das Fenster ist nicht auf der Seite der Straße, weshalb es trotzdem relativ ruhig ist. Die Nachbarn sind nicht sonderlich laut, obwohl es sich zum größten Teil um andere WGs handelt :)
Die WG ist in der Eschholzstraße, also sehr nah am Stadtzentrum und am Bahnhof. Uni und Co können leicht zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ansonsten 5 Minuten mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad.
Bei der angebotenen WG handelt es sich weniger um eine Zweckgemeinschaft. Außer mir wohnen dort noch zwei Freunde. Wir verbringen sehr gerne Zeit zusammen bei einem Bierchen oder einem Film. Das ist natürlich kein Muss, wäre aber schön:)
Müll-und Rundfunkgebühren sind bereits in der Miete enthalten! Außerdem gibt es hinter dem Haus einen eingezäunten Bereich, wo man guten Gewissens ein Fahrrad oder Ähnliches abstellen kann. Zusätzlich ist in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne vorhanden.
