Hallo zusammen,
wir suchen noch eine/n Nachmieter/in für das kleine aber feine Zimmer in unserer 3er WG vom ab sofort/Mitte Dezember/Januar. Das Zimmer ist ca. 13qm. Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Küche und großen Balkon nach hinten raus mit Blick in die Vogesen und schönen Sonnenuntergängen.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Eschholzstr im schönen Stühlinger, man hat es also nicht weit zum Hauptbahnhof/Uniklinik/Innenstadt/überall hin eigentlich.
Wir sind Karim, der seinen Master in Umweltwissenschaften macht, nebenbei fürs Frauenhofer arbeitet und sonst vorallem viel Sport macht :) und Franzi, die in den Endzügen ihres Medizinstudiums steckt, im Moment fürs Examen lernt und sonst gerne backt, strickt, schwimmt, ....
Wir sind beide mit Job, Uni und Leben oft ganz gut eingespannt, aber ganz nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss, kochen wir gerne mal zusammen, machen einen Spieleabend oder genießen einfach die Sonne auf unserem schönen Balkon.
