Ich vermiete mein Wohnheimzimmer unter, da ich ein Semester lang ins Ausland gehe. Die Miete beträgt 245€ und darin sind bereits alle Nebenkosten wie Wasser, Strom, Internet usw. enthalten. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, zwei Schränken, einem großen Regal und einer Waschbeckenecke mit kleinem Spiegelschrank. Die Küche, Toiletten und Duschen werden mit den anderen Bewohnern geteilt. In der Küche gibt es für dich ein Fach im Kühlschrank und einen kleinen Küchenschrank.
Im Wohnheim gibt es außerdem ein Musikzimmer und einen Sportraum, die du mitbenutzen kannst. Außerdem gibt es Waschmaschinen und einen Aufzug.
Falls du ein Auto hast, kannst du dir vom Hausmeister eine Genehmigung geben lassen und es vor dem Haus parken, wo mehrere Parkplätze für Wohnheimbewohner sind. Dein Fahrrad kannst du unter den Unterstand hinter dem Wohnheim oder in den Fahrradkeller des benachbarten Wohnheims unterstellen.
WICHTIG: DU KANNST NUR IN MEIN ZIMMER ZIEHEN, WENN DU EIN STUDENT MIT EINER AKTUELLEN STUDIENBESCHEINIGUNG BIST! (Das sieht die Wohnheimverordnung so vor.)
I am subletting my dorm room because I am going abroad for a semester. The rent is 245€ and this already includes all utilities such as water, electricity, internet, etc. The room is fully furnished with a bed, a desk with chair, two wardrobes, a large shelf and a washbasin with a small mirrored cabinet. The kitchen, toilets and showers are shared with the other residents. In the kitchen, there is a compartment in the fridge and a small kitchen cupboard for you.
There is also a music room and a sports room in the dormitory that you are allowed to use. Additionally, there are washing machines and a lift.
If you have a car, you can get a permit from the caretaker and park it in front of the building, where there are several parking spaces for residents. You can store your bicycle under the shelter behind the dormitory or in the bicycle cellar of the neighbouring dormitory.
IMPORTANT: YOU CAN ONLY MOVE INTO MY ROOM IF YOU ARE A STUDENT WITH A CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF STUDY! (This is a part of the the dormitory regulations).
Das Wohnheim ist sehr praktisch gelegen. Die Straßenbahnhaltstellen "Rathaus im Stühlinger", "Robert-Koch-Straße" und "Kilianstraße" liegen nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Dort fahren die Linien 1, 2, 3 und 4. Der Seepark und der Hauptbahnhof sind in weniger als 10min erreichbar.
Die Westarkaden sind zu Fuß in unter 5min zu erreichen und dort gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Es gibt einen Rewe, einen Dm, Denn's Biomarkt und weitere Läden.
The dormitory is very conveniently located. The tram stops "Rathaus im Stühlinger", "Robert-Koch-Straße" and "Kilianstraße" are only a 5-minute walk away. The lines 1, 2, 3 and 4 leave from there. The Seepark and the central station can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
The Westarkaden can be reached on foot in under 5 minutes and there are many opportunities for shopping there. There is a Rewe, a Dm, Denn's Biomarkt and other shops.
Auf dem Stockwerk wohnen mit dir 16 Studenten aus der ganzen Welt. Sie sind alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem sprechen sie nicht nur Deutsch und Englisch, sondern auch noch einige weitere Sprachen. In der gemeinschaftlichen Küche und dem angrenzenden Aufenthaltsraum finden gemeinsame Film- und Spieleabende sowie weitere gemeinsame Aktivitäten statt.
There are 16 students from all over the world living on the floor including you. All of them are all friendly and helpful. Moreover, they do not only speak German and English, but also several other languages. In the shared kitchen and the adjoining common room, film and game nights as well as other joint activities take place.
