Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und ist schön geschnitten. Es hat ein großes, bodentiefes Fenster mit französischem Balkon und ist nach Hinten zu einem Innenhof gelegen, wodurch es schön ruhig ist. Es wird möbliert zwischenvermietet. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Kellerabteil stehen auch zur Verfügung. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum zaubern braucht.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Stühlinger, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Außerdem gibt es in Laufweite mehrere Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants und eine gute Auswahl an Dönerbuden. Auch das Institutsviertel und die Altstadt sind in einigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Dein Mitbewohner für die Zeit wäre Jakob, 20 Jahre alt, der auch erst vor einem Monat eingezogen und sehr nett ist! Wenn du Interesse hast komm jederzeit für eine Besichtigung vorbei.
Falls du ein Auto hast, kann man im Rathaus einen Bewohnerparkausweis beantragen und im Gebiet um die Wohnung kostenlos parken.
