The room has it's own kitchen with fridge and it's big enough for one person to live comfortably. The garden outside allows you to have privacy even though it's located on ground floor and keeps it cool during summer. There are two shared bathrooms and a shower.
Long term or indefinite contract is possible.
Owner is friendly and co-operative.
You have to pay for electricity, not included in rent. It will be around 12-16 euros per month.
Location: Room is located 4 minutes walking to nearest bus stop and 7-8 minutes from tram stop where lines 1,2,3 & 4 stop. The city centre is 10 minutes away by walk.
Online/ in person viewing is possible.
Furniture cost of 150 euro is non negotiable for me. If you are okay with it then we can arrange viewing
