Das Zimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss und ist neu gedämmt und saniert. Es ist möbliert mit einer Küchennische bestehend aus Spültisch darüber ,eine Lichtleuchte, ein Unterschrank, Kühlschrank, Umluftabzugshaube und ein Hochschrank, weiterhin gibt es einen ausziehbaren Tisch, einen Klappstuhl, einen Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel, ein Ecksofa mit Tisch und eine Deckenlampe. In den Dachspitz gelangt man über eine Holzleiter, die auch ausgehängt werden kann, dort hat man keine Stehhöhe, aber man kann es als Schlafplatz nutzen.
Das Haus befindet sich in der Unterwiehre nahe der Kronenbrücke. Zur Straßenbahn geht man eine Minute und zur Kajo ca. 5 -10 Minuten.
Im Moment sind Studenten und Berufstätige in der WG.
Es gibt keine Gemeinschaftsküche, denn jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Küchennische.
Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Es wird gemeinsam genutzt. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden.
In den Nebenkosten sind der Strom (eigener Zähler) und die Müllgebühr (50,- €) nicht enthalten.
