Das Zimmer
hat ca. 16 qm und ist vollmöbliert. Nach Westen hat es eine Fensterfront mit Blick auf die Vaubanallee und einem Zugang zum Balkon(ca. 8 qm), nach Norden gibt es ein weiteres kleines Fenster.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang der Vaubanallee, direkt beim Paula-Modersohn-Platz. Rewe, Dm und Haltestelle (Linie 3 und 7208) sind ca 150m entfernt, außerdem gibt es in der Nähe noch ein Aldi (ca. 400m entfernt). Im Haus befindet sich ein sehr nettes Café und eine kleine Bücherei. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad in ca. 10min erreichbar, der Bahnhof in ca. 15 min.
Mein Mitbewohner ist 22 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Zimmerer. Da ich vorerst für ein halbes Jahr nach Berlin ziehen werde suche ich eine eine Untermieterin oder ein Untermieter der gut auf mein Zimmer aufpasst und meine Pflanzen gießen könnte:)
Das Bad wurde 2022 renoviert und seit dem gibt es eine Dusche statt einer Badewanne (anders als auf dem Grundriss). In der Wohnung gibt es eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und ist auch mit dem Aufzug erreichbar.
