This is a Haus WG (Group house) in a rather innovative concept, in a beautiful very Freiburg setting. Lots of renovation and creativity was put into this house in the last year, and with that it would be great to add on ppl with an interests in upcycling and gardening to further improve the house.
Haltestelle Peter Thum Strasse, 2 minutes by foot from there, 6 minutes by bike to main train station.
Animals, kids, all is possible - we just want to get a great vibe...

We basically are an international family that owns the place, and we are currently abroad - we want to keep two rooms (so there is 7 in total) and rent the rest out... as travel is difficult in post-corona world, but occasionally we have reason to be in Freiburg... we live overseas, in North Africa so that is really not often. However, when we are there, we want cool and easygoing people that remain respectful with our things, us ... and to each other :-) Of the residents who are currently there, this past year it has mainly been single young professionals or students.
There is a lovely garden where you can plant, barbecue, get creative, a garage, some woodworking tools are there also to be used... with creativity, we can create a good vibe in the house. You can eat all the vegetables and fruits in the garden, plant, etc. - up to you and your creativity.
It is a residential neighborhood, ... We welcome animals and kids and have a strong focus on diversity and multicultural and international living - the vibe depends on the people and how they want to engage and create. We welcome having a diverse positive energy in the house.
There's enough furniture so that you can move in and be ready even if you don't have furniture of your own; we rent each room semi-furnished. If you have nothing, there is more furniture in the basement and garage which can be used.
