Hallo, da ich für eine Monat verreise vermiete ich meine schöne uns sehr ruhige (da autofreier Bereich) 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Vauban. Ein Zimmer ist bereits vermietet an eine 29 jährige Hebamme und suche nun noch eine zweite Person für das andere Zimmer.
Im Zimmer sind Bett, kleiner Schreibtisch und ein Holzschrank, den ich freiräumen werde.
Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon und einen schönen Holzboden.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Allerdings gerade noch kein Tisch, der wird aber noch kommen.
Das Bad ist mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen im autofreien Bereich in Vauban und zwei Mintuen Fußweg zur Straßenbahn. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch gut. Bioladen ist ums Eck und REWE/Edeka in 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Ich selbst nutze die Wohnung allein, wie du/ihr es euch gemütlich machen wollt bleibt euch überlassen.
