Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und hat einen eigenen sonnigen Balkon mit Blick auf Freiburg. Es hat außerdem einen Einbauschrank, was sehr praktisch ist.
Auf Absprache kann mein Bett übernommen werden.
Das Zimmer kostet 515 € monatlich. Dazu kommen noch Strom-, WLAN- und Müllgebühren. (Insgesamt kostet es dann ca. 560 €)
Wir teilen uns ein schönes, großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Esstisch, Fernseher und Balkon. Außerdem haben wir zwei Bäder, was morgens gut ist, um Stau zu vermeiden. Zudem besitzen wir eine Spülmaschine. Einen trockenen Garagenstellplatz haben wir auch zu bieten.
Wir sind eine kleine WG in St. Georgen zwischen Weinbergen und einem Wanderweg am Waldrand.
Zur WG gehören Johanna und Fina. Johanna studiert Grundschullehramt und Fina Biologie. Beide sind super lieb und wir verbringen sehr gerne Zeit zusammen bei Film- und Barabenden oder einfach bei einem Kaffee zum Quatschen in der Küche.
