We have a free room in our beautiful flat 🎊🎉
I am subletting my room in this beautiful flat from May with the option of long term afterwards!
The 3 people shared apartment is about 74 square meters and it's located on Binzengrün street, Weingarten. The room is the biggest one in the WG, about 17-20 sqr. meters and already has a bed, closet, table and a chair so you don't need to buy the furniture 😁
The rent is 590 € and there is a deposit of 1200 €
Currently living in the apartment:
Pietro (32), cardiologist from Italy, who works in the hospital. Speaks Italian, English and German. He loves music, books, and he is always down to have a beer, sunbathe or jog in the park. Gabrielle (22) from France, working online from home and doing her masters in art history. She speaks French, English and German. Gabe is very social, you can talk to her just about anything, her personality will be the delight of your day. She appreciates a good outing, meeting new people, as well as a good movie or cooking dinner together.
It is very important that you contribute to keeping the apartment clean and in order. It is a team effort, you must be part of the team in this regard😉
The flat is completely new, as you can see it on the pictures. It has a huge balcony - very nice in the summer, or if you have a passion for plants - , bathroom with bathtub + shower, washing machine (newly bought in 2022), kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, toaster and dishwasher. There is a storage room in the apartment where we can keep the vacuum cleaner, washing detergent, ironing board etc. so the main space is nice and organised. The flat also comes with an underground storage unit, which is quite big, you can put here all your stuff you don't need in the room. Last but not least, you can safely store your bike on a rack in front of the main door (open space) or in the bike storage element (covered and closed, opens with house key, free of additional charge).

It is possible to visit the apartment in person or online.
The apartment is 4 min walk from Am Lindenwäldle Tram station (Line 3, Line 5). Hauptbahnhof, city centre can be reached within 10-15 min conveniently. From the house to city centre you can reach with the bike within 15 min at a comfortable pace.
The location is nice and quiet, also very green. It is close to Dietenbachsee Park (10 min walk), which offers plenty of opportunities for your free time: you can have a stroll, do sports, swim in Dietenbachsee, have a picnic or bbq with your friends. Volleyball court, skateboard park, street workout equipment, bbq area - you name it, they are all available in the park.
With only 5 min walk you can reach Weingarten shopping area, where you can find Aldi, Kik, Tedi, Rossmann, Mix markt, wholefood market, GLS point, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon and bank. In other directions, approx. 10 min walking distance you can reach Dm, Lidl, Kaufland, Edeka, DHL Filiale + pick up point, as well as the GP.
2 stops with the tram 5, and 10 min walk (alternatively 25 min walk - it is a good warmup😉) you can reach McFit and Sportprinz gym as well.
Our WG has always been about friends and good times, our motto being "sharing is caring". We usually shared responsibilities but also going out or having a drink together. The people living in the apartment always appreciated someone who can communicate, as it is an important part of living together, no matter the subject. As long as you are open to talk to your roommates, whatever the matter may be (having friends over, personal problem etc.), it is going to be okay. With this attitude we have always been able to maintain and open, very friendly and chill atmosphere :)
There has been a mattress change in August 2023, from the one that originally came with the room to a nice, brand new, high quality one. The price was € 300, so I would appreciate to have € 150 for it, although this aspect is negotiable.
On the pictures there is also a tall white shelf (in the corner next to the window) and a small nightstand. These are not part of the rental, currently advertised on Ebay for € 20 (high shelf) and € 10 (nightstand). Of course, if the prospective tenant would like to have them, I would gladly include it in the price or negotiate about it.
