It is an amazing WG! There is always someone available for a coffee f you want, but everyone respects your spaces and times. It is quite clean, so you always feel good at the appartment.
Your new flatmates are quite chill. Lilli is from Germany and Elias from Syria. Both speak german and english perfectly! They are super nice and I had a wonderful time with both of them!
I'm looking for the next tenant as I'm moving out. It can be for 2 months or you can extend the contract directly with the landlord.
The caution for the long term contract is 1260Eur (That is directly with the owner of the appartment, that is how much my caution was).
If you only want to stay 2 months (the period until my contract ends), it would be 600 eur.
