Das Zimmer ist ca 12 qm groß. Es hat einen Balkonzugang mit schönem Ausblick und ist somit auch sehr hell. Es ist teilweise möbliert, jedoch kann natürlich noch besprochen werden was genau drin bleiben soll und was nicht. Die WG an sich ist recht groß und verfügt über genug Platz. Es sind noch zwei weitere Schlafzimmer in der WG.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. In der Berliner Allee ist alles zu finden was man so braucht. Auch die nächste S-Bahn Station ist nur 3 bis 4 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und man ist in ca 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Somit ist die Lage sehr praktisch.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar bis zum 31.05.2019. Es kann auch nur für kürzere Zeit gemietet werden falls das jemandem besser passt. Also meldet euch gerne bei mir. Dann können wir einen Termin vereinbaren zum Besichtigen der Wohnung und der Zimmers.
