Hi,
da ich im September nicht in Freiburg bin, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer hat ca. 20 qm und einen eigenen kleinen Balkon.
Die WG hat an der Küche auch noch einen größeren Balkon, außerdem haben wir einen Garten, den wir uns mit dem Haus teilen.
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kellerabteil, Fahrradstellplatz).
Unsere Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Man braucht 10 min mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt, 5 min zum einkaufen und zur Bahnstation sind es auch nur 5 min zu Fuß.
Die Dreisam ist eine Querstraße weiter und wenn man mal ein bisschen in die Natur möchte, ist man in 15 min schon am Kybfelsen.
Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind Kicki (26) und Marie (24). Kicki arbeitet aktuell bei Jobrad und Marie studiert Lehramt. Beide sind super lieb und zum quatschen bei einem Gläschen Wein immer zu haben.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 500 Euro warm (inklusive WLAN etc). Außerdem würde ich eine Kaution von 100 Euro nehmen.
