This room is on 5th floor with viewing the Dreisam.
There is a own shink, heizung, one bed, a Table and chair, a big closet, 3 shelves.
The whole of this building is 8th floor and on the top floor, we have a big party room which has ping pong table, Billiard, Bar, screen, sofas, speakers and so on.
Along the beautiful Dreisam!
Easy access from Altermesse platz (4 min).
Its located close to the einkauf zentrum ZO which has REWE (is open until 24h!), Aldi, Alnatura, dm, Sparkasse, Deichmann, my wok, kebab shop and so many other shops.
Its also super convenient if you are student in Musik Hochschule. It takes just one min by foot!
15 people live in same flat.
This is a Studentenwhonheim so many students are living together.
2 showers and 2 bathrooms to share.
We share one big kitchen which has 2 IH cookers, 2 ovens, a microwave, a toaster.
There is a living room, which has a TV and sofas.
There are 2 balconies to share. In the Basement, you can find and 3 washing machines (€1.40 for each time to use) and 3 laundry dryers as well.
I need to ask you 100€ for commission fee to pay for Hausmeister.
The contract runs until the end of September and you can decide if you will take it over from October.
