Das Zimmer ist ca. 21qm groß und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Es ist möbliert mit einem Bett, großem Schrank, Sofa und drei Beistelltischen.
Das Zimmer wird erhellt durch zwei große Fenster mit Rollladen, einer Deckenlampe und einem dimmbaren Deckenlicht. Zwei Heizungen sind auch vorhanden.
Die WG liegt in Freiburg im Stadtteil Wiehre, in der Nähe der Johanneskirche. Eine Bahnstation ist innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar, wobei die Innenstadt nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Verschiedene Supermärkte wie Rewe, Aldi, Edeka und DM und auch eine Volksbank und Sparkassenfiliale befinden sich im Umkreis von 150 Metern. Gegenüber der WG befindet sich ein Bäcker.
Ich bin Philip, 21 Jahre alt und mit mir wohnen noch zwei weitere Personen (W/24 und M/22) in der WG. Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und sind offen für neue Mitbewohner. Gelegentlich kochen wir zusammmen, da unsere Küche gut ausgestattet ist und die Spülmaschine den Abwasch übernimmt.
