Hi meine Lieben! (English version below)
Da ich studienbedingt wieder ins Ausland gehe, würde ich mich freuen, wenn jemand mein Zimmer übernimmt. Wunderschöner Gartenblick und voll möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regale, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und ein Waschbecken. Insgesamt seehr viel Stauraum! Duschen und Toiletten sind im Gemeinschaftsbad, aber es ist immer top sauber, weil hier regelmäßig eine Putzfrau vorbeikommt. Die Küche hat alles, inkl. individueller Schrank und Kühlschrankfach. Es hat einen Fahrradkeller, Waschmaschinen, Trockenraum, ein kleines Fitnessstudio... Das Wohnheim ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist in wenigen Minuten bei Rewe, Aldi & Co. sowie Innenstadt und Uni.

Hi my lovelies!
I go abroad for my studies, that's why I would be super happy if somebody can take over my place! Garden view and all furniture included. It's part of a student dorm, kitchen and bathroom are shared, but you have your own sink in your room. Besides, it's always super clean thanks to a cleaning lady. The people here are really nice, calm and welcoming! So no worries, you'll have a good time here! Washing maschines, drying room and a little gym are downstairs. You reach the next supermarkets and tram stations in only 5 minutes and the city centre after 10 mins walking.
