Es wurde spontan ein schönes, helles WG Zimmer (Süd-Ost Ausrichtung) zum 1. Mai frei. Einzug ab sofort. Das Zimmer liegt direckt am Balkon. Die Lage der WG ist herrlich in der Wiehre.
Es wohnen aktuell 2 sympathische Studentinnen (22&27) in der Wohnung. Die übrigen Mitbewohner ziehen mit ihren Freundinnen zusammen oder wegen der Arbeit zum 1.5, 1.6 und 1.7 aus. Die Zimmer für Juni und Juli sind aber wahrscheinlich schon vergeben.
Diese Anzeige habe ich als Vermieter geschalten. Es werden außerdem eine Bürgschaft sowie eine Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung Ihres bisherigen Vermieters verlangt.
