moin, ich vermiete mein Zimmer, da ich im Sommer einen Urlaub in die Heimat fahre.
Die Wohnung könnte zentraler nicht sein, direkt in der Wiehre auf Höhe des Schwabentors und trotzdem ruhig und fein gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich in einem Umkreis von wenigen hundert Metern entfernt (REWE -bis 12 offen-, EDEKA, eine million bäcker und so weiter).
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen, aber auch zum produktiven Studieren!
Die 4 Meter hohen Decken machen ein Hochbett sehr praktisch und angenehm. Oben lässt es sich super schlafen und man spart viel Platz.
Der große Schreibtisch bietet reichlich Platz, den räume ich natürlich noch frei. Ansonsten gibt es eine kommode für Kleider etc, die auch freigeräumt wird.
Das rote Sofa ist äußerst bequem und kann auch ausgeklappt werden zum Doppelschlafsofa, falls man doch nicht auf dem Hochbett schlafen will/kann..
Ansonsten wohnen noch Oli und Becci hier, die beide äußerst umgänglich sind und gerne zusammen kochen oder Bierchen trinken. Sie werden Dich bestimmt gut aufnehmen.
Draußen gibt es noch einen kleinen Innenhof, in dem es sich sehr gut sitzen lässt.
Küche und Badezimmer sind auf den Fotos zu sehen.
Falls Du einen Tag früher oder später aus- oder einziehen willst, ist das bestimmt kein Problem, da kann man einfach mal quatschen.
heyhey, I am renting my room for one month, since I'll spend the summer at home. The room is quite nice and spacy and with its four-meter-ceiling the loft bed is the place to sleep! If you're afraif of heights, no worries, you can expand the couch and use it as legitimate double bed! Apart from that you're welcome to use my desk if you have to study or work. I'll remove all my stuff so there is lots of space for you :)
You have lots of grocery opportunities just a few meters out the door! Especially the REWE which is opened until 12 can help in emergency situations ;)
The appartment is super central and quite at the same time. The window is faced towards the inner courtyard so no loud noises at night..
Apart from the nice kitchen, bathrooms and everything we also have a small garden to sit and drink coffe in the morning!
Becci and Oli will be your flatmates and will provide well for you if you have any questions! They're very friendly and open and like to cook together and drink beers, if you're into that.
If the date does not suit you well we can just chat and see if you can move in or out a day earlier or later :)
