Helles Zimmer mit Balkonzugang. Es ist teilmöbliert mit Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und auf Wunsch auch mit Bett (90x200).
Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Essecke sowie einen Zugang zum Balkon.
Im Bad haben wir neben einer Badewanne auch eine Waschmaschine, die wir letztes Jahr neu gekauft haben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock eines Häuserblocks.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, von dort aus ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es etwa 15 Minuten.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein EDEKA, eine Apotheke, eine Volksbank und eine Postfiliale.
Auch der Bahnhof Freiburg-Zähringen ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 min. erreichbar.
Da meine beiden Mitbewohner Freiburg leider verlassen, werden ab 1.8. 2 Zimmer in unserer WG frei.
Ich bin Anna, 22 und werde in der Wohnung wohnen bleiben.
Was du mitbringen solltest:
- freundliche und offene Art für ein entspanntes Miteinander
- einen Sinn für Sauberkeit
- rücksichtsvolles Verhalten --> jeder braucht mal seine Ruhe und Schlaf
