In unserer Wohngemeinschaft wird am Ende des Monats ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen.
Wir suchen einen neuen Mieter ab 01.03.
Wir haben eine Wohnküche in der WG und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche.
Die Wohnung ist 5 minuten von der Straßenbahnlinie 4 Haltestelle Tullastraße entfernt.
Die Haltestelle Hornusstraße ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Von dort haben Sie Anschluss an die Straßenbahnlinien 2 und 4.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe und Aldi) sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Parken rund um das Haus ist wirklich ok - Sie finden immer einen Parkplatz.
Bennedikt (spricht Französisch) studiert Anglistik und Romanistik. Er ist ein eher ruhiger Mensch, aber er ist sehr gesprächig, wenn es um Musik geht.
David (spricht Polnisch) studiert Physik Er ist ein sehr offener Mensch und hat immer viel zu erzählen.
Beide sind begabte Gitarristen und spielen gelegentlich in der Wohnung.
Lena zieht auch am Anfang des Monats ein. Du wirst sie besser kennenlernen als ich.

In our shared flat one room will be available at the end of the month.
We are looking for a new tenant starting from 01.03.
The room is about 15 square meters, has parquet floors and is quite bright because it is the top floor.
We have a kitchen/living room in the shared flat and a large bathroom with bath and shower.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the tram line 4 stop Tullastraße.
The stop Hornusstraße is 10 minutes away. From there you have connection to the tram lines 2 and 4.
Shopping facilities (Rewe and Aldi) are within 10 minutes walking distance.
The parking around the house is really ok - you will always find a parking space.
Bennedikt (speaks French) studies English and Romance languages and literature. He is a rather quiet person, but he is very talkative when it comes to music.
David (speaks Polish) studies physics He is a very open person and always has a lot to tell.
Both are gifted guitarists and occasionally play in the apartment.
Lena is also moving in at the beginning of the month. You will get to know her better than I do.
