WG Zimmer in wirklich toller Lage(wiehre)

Zimmer in Wg ab 1.3.

Falls ihr noch nichts habt hier eine gute chance fündig zu werden, da es nicht viele auswahlkriterien gibt :)
Ich ziehe aus meiner Wg da ich ein Platz im Wohnheim bekommen habe und suche nun sehr kurzfristig jemanden zur zwischenmiete, um nicht doppelt zahlen zu müssen. Das ist natürlich so alles mit dem Hauptmieter und Mitbewohnern abgesprochen :).

Das Zimmer ist schön Hell, hat eine gute Größe und ist in einer Schönen Wohnung.
Am liebsten wäre es mir dir das Zimmer hauptsächlich unmöbelliert (außer einer Kommode und einem Regal) zu überlassen aber falls das für dich nicht geht dann kann ich dir meine Möbel auch für die Zeit noch hierlassen.
Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Jungs die hier wohnen bleiben sind sehr freundlich aber leider ab etwa der Mitte März bis Anfang April bei sich in der Heimat, also wird es hier eher ruhig werden.

Wenn du interesse hast dann schreib gerne etwas über dich, braucht gar nicht viel sein und ich freu mich über Anfragen.

Lage

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt ganz nah zur Altstadt zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zur Bahnhaltestelle. Die Wiehre ist ein wirklich schöner ruhiger Stadtteil.

WG-Leben

Das WG leben ist eher ruhig, und da Fabian und Jannes ab mitte März etwa in der Heimat sind würdest du vorallem eher alleine Wohnen.

Sonstiges

Das Auszugsdatum ist recht flexibel wie es dir passt zwischen dem 1. Und ~10. April schreib das gerne zu deinem Text dazu :).
Ich halte es für sinnvoll eine kaution von 250€ zu nehmen da du hier ja hauptsächlich alleine wohnen wirst.

If you don't have anything yet, you have a good chance of finding what you're looking for here, as there aren't many selection criteria :)
I'm moving out of my apartment because I got a place in the dormitory and am now looking for someone to sublet at very short notice so that I don't have to pay twice. Of course, this is all agreed upon with the main tenant and roommates :).

The room is nice and bright, has a good size and is in a nice apartment.
I would prefer to leave the room to you mainly unfurnished (except for a chest of drawers and a shelf), but if that doesn't work for you then I can leave my furniture here for you for the time being.
I felt very comfortable here, the boys who stay here are very friendly but unfortunately from around mid-March to the beginning of April they will be at home, so it will be rather quiet here.

If you're interested, feel free to write something about yourself, it doesn't need to be much and I'm happy to receive inquiries.

The location is really perfect, very close to the old town, shopping and the train stop. The Wiehre is a really nice, quiet part of town.

Living here would be rather quiet for you because your flatmates will be in their hometown from 15.3.. And for the time where theyre here: they are really nice and friendly and good to get along with.

The move out date is quite flexible as suits you between the 1st and ~10th. April, feel free to add that to your text :).
I think it makes sense to take a small deposit since you'll mainly be living alone here, but I'll think about it again.
