Das Zimmer hat 11qm in einer 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Küche ist klein, aber es gibt einen Balkon, der von beiden Zimmern erreichbar ist. Die Fenster und der Balkon sind nach Westen ausgerichtet. Bei den Möbeln werden der Kleiderschrank und das Bett im Zimmer belassen.
Es gibt ein Waschkeller mit Trockner (man braucht Waschmarken), in dem man auch die Wäsche aufhängen kann, und wir haben ein Kellerabteil für Stauraum.
Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist, ist man schnell da, der Aufwand ist quasi 0.
The room has 11sqm in a 2-room apartment. The kitchen is small, but there is a balcony accessible from both rooms. The windows and the balcony face west. As for the furniture, the closet and the bed are left in the room.
There is a laundry room with dryer (you need washing tokens) where you can also hang the laundry, and we have a basement compartment for storage space.
Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Wiehre und zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten auf dem Schlossberg oder im Sternwald.
Die Haltestellen Schwabentorbrücke oder Brauerei Ganter sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und die Station Johanneskirche sind auch nur 7 min entfernt.
Fast direkte vor der Haustür gibt es ein kleinen Edeka, weitere Märkte (Rewe bis 24 Uhr) sind ein paar Minuten entfernt, und außerdem ist das Zentrum Oberwiehre (weiterer Rewe bis 24 Uhr) schnell mit dem Rad erreichbar.

For physical activities I really enjoy playing badminton and going on hikes.

I dont cook very often so you would have the kitchen all to yourself a lot. Common use items can be bought together.
