What’s poppin? ✌🏼
We are Tobi (26), Jana (26) and Laura (24) and since our current flatmate leaves in May we are looking for a new flatmate who joins our little Nordstr-Gang.
The room is initially rented for 6 months as a sublet. But there is a pretty high chance to get a permanent contract.
Laura already finished her study’s and is now working fulltime as a Real Estate Valuer in Freiburg. Tobi is studying politics and cognitive science at the Uni and Jana is studying pedagogy at the KH.
We are all good friends in this flat and we are looking for a person that wants to participate in our daily flatlife. In the evening we are often chilling in the kitchen playing games like Wizard or Settler (Siedler). No worries if those games don’t tell you anything, Tobi can explain you everything 😛
If you have a problem with smoking, this flat may not be for you.
The flat was completely renovated two years ago. A lot of shops as Kaufland, Aldi and Lidl are very close to the Apartment. The Tram station Okenstraße is 2 minutes away and Komturplatz around 5 minutes. It is only a few minutes to the city center by bike or tram.
Since we have now lived with an international for a long time and want to continue to speak English in our Wg we would prefer an international flatmate again. Also we would prefer a male person to keep the balance.
Of course, everyone else can try to convince us as well 😊
