Das Zimmer hat einen Parkettboden, aber es liegt auch ein großer Teppich drin.
Es ist teilmöbliert (Kleiderschrank, Regal, Nachttisch). Außerdem kann auf Wunsch das Bett (allerdings ohne Lattenrost und Matratze) übernommen werden.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, die Toilette ist getrennt.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht, auch Spülmaschine.
Außerdem gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Sofa und Fernseher.
Es gibt einen sehr kleinen Keller um Sachen zu lagern, außerdem einen Dachboden und einen Abstellraum.
Für Fahrräder ist Platz im Flur.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.
Den Bahnhof erreicht man in 12 Gehminuten (1 km entfernt).
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Freisinger Innenstadt, Supermarkt, Drogerie, sonstige Geschäfte, Bars und Cafes sind also fußläufig zu erreichen.
Und im Sommer ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten an der Isar.
In der WG wohnen ein Masterstudent für Luft- und Raumfahrt (24) und eine Postdoktorandin für Root-Soil Interaction (29).
Abends wird öfter was zusammen gekocht / gegessen oder ein entspannter Film- oder Spieleabend gemacht.
Es ist aber natürlich auch kein Problem, wenn man den Abend mal für sich verbringen will.
Um Gas, Wasser, Strom kümmern wir (also die Mieter) uns. Die Nebenkosten sind daher nicht fest, aber liegen bei etwa 50€ pro Person.
