Da ich ausziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer im Herz Jesu Viertel. Es hat 15qm in einer 85qm Wohnung und ist wirklich sehr hell.
Wir freuen uns sehr über eure Anfragen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in St. Leonhard in Uninähe.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (3 Minuten zu Fuß): Busse 63 und 64 und die
Bimlinien 1,3 und 7.
Ärzte, Apotheken und ein Billa sind quasi auch „ums Eck“ - also wirklich alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Wall ist 3 Gehminuten von der WG entfernt und auch die KFU und die TU sind zu Fuß unter 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Im Univiertel ist man auch gleich, was einem eine Menge Taxikosten sparen kann :)
Die Mitbewohner sind zwei wirklich liebe Mädels und im Laufe der Zeit hat sich auch eine Freundschaft entwickelt. Gesucht wird auf keinen Fall eine Zweck WG.
