Huhu,
suche kurzfristig einen entspannten Mitbewohner oder eine entspannte Mitbewohnerin, da die Freundin bis Mitte Juli n Praktikum in Berlin macht. Vermietet wird unser Büro. Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch sind vorhanden. Als Aufenthaltsraum taugt unsere gemütliche Wohnzimmer-Küchen-Kombi.
Ich selbst bin unter der Woche meist im Büro oder auf Auswärtsterminen. Abends gehe ich bouldern oder koche und meine Wochenende verbringe ich meist beim klettern in der Fränkischen.
Bushaltestelle ist vor der Haustüre, Bahnhof in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nürnberg erreicht man in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
