Hallo ich bin neu nach Fürth gezogen und suche eine Mitbewohner*in für meine neu sanierte Wohnung in der Südstadt.
Das Zimmer hat circa 18qm. weil es Dachschräge hat, sind es offiziell nur 14qm. Das 20qm Wohnzimmer kann aber auch mit genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert. 3Zimmer Küche, Bad. 4 Stock Dachgeschoss. Alles ist neu. Küche, Bad, Ofen Kühlschrank Waschmaschine alles sehr hochwertig.
Wäre cool wenn du dich schon ein bisschen in der Gegend und in Bayern auskennst und mir vielleicht auch was empfehlen kannst. Muss aber nicht sein.
Die Wohnung liegt 5min. zu Fuß vom Fürther Hbf. und der Innenstadt. also sehr zentral. Kleiner Nachteil daran ist, dass die Bahn auch nur 50meter Luftlinie entfernt ist. Es sind zwar neue Fenster drin aber man hört es natürlich trotzdem etwas. Ich denke wenn die Wohnung noch etwas besser eingerichtet ist wird es auch besser sein.
Bitte keine Zweck WG. ich bin ein geselliger Mensch und mag es nicht wenn es nur ein Hallo und tschüß gibt und dann wird die Tür zu gemacht. Gerne würde ich auch etwas zusammen unternehmen oder mal was kochen. nicht mir weil ich neu in der Stadt bin sondern auch weil ich mich auch gerne mal unterhalten möchte. super wichtig finde ich auch, dass man sich gegenseitig bescheid sagt wenn man mal nicht da ist oder mal superspät nach Hause kommt. Das wäre nett.
natürlich akzeptiere ich auch deine Privatsphäre und brauche auch meine Ruhe. bin auch mal am Wochenende nicht da oder bin draußen und mache viel Sport.
