Ich möchte mein kleines Zimmer für 6 Wochen vom 01.10.12 bis zum 15.11.12 vermieten, da ich mich im Ausland wegen meiner Arbeit aufhalten muss. Es kann sein, dass ich länger im Ausland bleiben muss aber das wird sich später zeigen. Du kannst auch jeder zeit ausziehen, wenn du ein Zimmer für längere zeit findest.
Das Zimmer ist möbiliert und es fehlt an nichts.
Du kannst dich auf 3 sehr nette Mitbewohner freuen. Die Wohnung ist im Wohngebiet Südstadt und vom Hbf 10 min. zu fuss oder 4 min mit dem Bus entfernt.
Die wohnung hat einen sehr großen Wohnraum mit Bar und ein 3D-LED-Fernseher an der Wand.
Die Küche ist mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine und 2 Kühlschränken voll ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer ist groß und hat Fenster. Es gibt auch ein Gäste WC.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und ist daher sehr ruhig aber trotzdem können wir laut sein.
