Ich werde am 1. Oktober ausziehen und suche derzeit einen Mitbewohner für unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt neben der Hochschule. Ein Aldi-Markt und eine Bushaltestelle sind in nur 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon mit einer schönen Aussicht.
Die Möbel, die du auf den Bildern siehst, gehören mir. Wenn ich gehe, kannst du gerne das 140-200 cm Bett mit Matratze, den Tisch, den Stuhl und die Kleiderstange nutzen. Alles ist in gutem Zustand, etwa 1,5 Jahre alt. Wenn du interessiert bist, melde dich gerne. Die Kosten können wir später besprechen.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, inklusive Mikrowelle und Backofen. Unten im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die du nutzen kannst. Wenn du ein Fahrrad hast, haben wir auch einen Platz dafür :)

I'll be moving out on October 1st and I'm looking for a roommate for our 2-bedroom apartment right next to the Hochschule. You'll have an Aldi store and a bus station within a quick 3-5 minutes' walk. The apartment has a private balcony with a nice view.
The furniture you see in the pictures is mine. When I leave, you're welcome to use the 140-200cm bed with the mattress, the table, chair, and clothing rack. Everything's in good shape, just about 1.5 years old. If you're interested, please feel free to reach out. We can discuss costs later.
The rest of the apartment has what you need, including a microwave and oven. Down on the first floor, there's a washer and dryer you can use. If you have a bicycle, you will find a place for it too. :)
