Sonniges WG Zimmer, etwa 22qm im 3 OG wartet auf dich! Zustand wie auf den Bildern (renoviert, frisch gestrichen, neuer Boden). Du wohnst zusammen mit Ralf und Rakiatou (beide berufstätig), daher sind wilde Parties nicht so günstig. Bestenfalls bringst du schon WG Erfahrung mit und weißt, dass der magische Kühlschrank nicht existiert und auch der Müll keine Füße hat. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden um die Grundordnung zu unterstützen. Gemeinsam nutzt ihr Küche mit Balkon, Flur, Bad und Gäste-WC. Bisher war es eher eine Zweck-WG, was sich natürlich ändern darf. Schufa (request now) Auskunft und Einkommensnachweis sind obligatorisch. Viele Grüße, Elli
