In unserer schöner WG wird zum 01.06.2021 ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung ist im EG und verfügt über eine große Küche mit viel Platz für gemütliche WG Abende. Unser Balkon grenzt direkt daran an, dort kannst du den ganzen Tag Sonne tanken.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder - absoluter Luxus - so kommt es nie zum Stau. Die Waschmaschine steht in einem der Bäder. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Parken von Fahrrad und Auto sind auch direkt vor der Tür.
Dein Zimmer ist 14qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster, sodass es lichtdurchflutet ist. Vom Stadtleben bekommst du aufgrund der Doppelverglasung gar nichts mit.
Innerhalb von 10 min bist du in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke. Zur Hochschule läufst du ca 20 min, mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto geht’s natürlich schneller.
Deine potentiellen Mitbewohnerinnen heißen Jessy und Kariza. Jessy ist Referendarin und Kariza studiert Lebensmitteltechnologie im 4. Semester. Wir führen ein harmonisches WG Leben, ganz nach dem Motto „alles kann, nichts muss“.
