Hallo,
Ich, alleinerziehende Studentin, 24, suche eine/einen kinderliebe/n Mitbewohner/-in ab sofort.
Zu vermieten ist ein 18qm großes und helles Zimmer in einer 120qm großen 4-Zimmer Wohnung.
Außer das zu vermietende Zimmer ist die Wohnung komplett eingerichtet. Natürlich dürfen die Möbel in den Gemeinschaftsräumen wie Wohnzimmer und Küche mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in Künzell, direkt unterhalb vom Klinikum, ist im EG, hat eine 40qm große Terrasse und ist sehr zentral kurz vor Petersberg aber trotzdem ruhig mit einer sehr guten Infrastruktur.
Mein 4-jähriger Sohn wohnt ebenfalls mit in der WG, allerdings ist er ein sehr liebes, ruhiges Kind und an den Wochenenden nicht anwesend. Von der Kaltmiete bezahle ich dementsprechend auch 2/3.
Das Zimmer kostet also inkl. Nebenkosten 258€.
Telefonisch bin ich unter der Woche ab 17 Uhr zu erreichen, am Wochenende durchgehend und ansonsten per Sms oder Whatsapp.
