Conveniently located just an 8-minute walk to ZOB (Central Bus Station) or a quick 30-second walk to the bus stop right in front of the house. It's a 5-minute walk to Emaillierwerk and a 20-25 minute walk to Hochschule. If you prefer taking the bus, there's a bus connection from ZOB that will get you there in just 4-5 minutes. The bus connectivity in the area is excellent.
Tenants:
Currently, two friendly and studious individuals share the apartment. Vincent, a German student, is fluent in both German and English, while Mary, from Nepal, is comfortable with English. Language will not be a barrier, making it easy to communicate and interact with your roommates.
