The Apartment is spacious and fully furnished which includes cost for even Radio Fees and including everything it only costs in total € 350. It has everything required in the room on the daily basis, also in kitchen and toilet.
The Ilbenstraße bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the apartment, Apotheke, Sparkasse is also 2 min away. Roßleplatz bus stop 10 min away, HFU university is also 10 min away. Edeka 2 min away, Lidl, Rewe & Aldi 15 min away. Location is peaceful and comfortable. Recommended for students who do not have to buy anything extra when staying in the house. The neighborhood is great and quiet.
The apartment has three rooms, it is well lit, fully furnished, warm and cozy. Including all costs it will only cost you €350. No separate Radio Fees to pay since the owner already pays. It doesn't matter which weather, you will be comfortable in the apartment and in your room which has all the facilities like heating, big window, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, water heater, toaster, furniture like study table, cupboard, shelves, extra chairs, tables, drawers, sofa to chill, Television, landline. Travel is simple with 3 min distant Bus stop. 3 min away is Edeka super market. you will find Apotheke and Sparkasse Bank close to your apartment. Roßleplatz bus stop is 10min away, HFU university is also 12 min away. Super market such as Aldi, Rewe, Lidl is also can be found 12 min away. Furtwangen is a small & peaceful place surrounded by beautiful black forest which is best for study and me time. I am one of the tenants and leaving due to my new job at a different location. I am just helping the landlord - Mr. Maier to get the new tenant. The landlord is a very kind and decent man. He is a very caring and understanding person. Always helpful and available. He lives next door so you can reach out to him whenever you want.
The owner is really really great, polite and humble. He is extremely helpful and caring. He lives next door however never interferes in our personal space. Mr. Elmer Maier (landlord) helped me and was always available throughout these 2 years whenever i asked. Highly recommend this house compared to GHB - student dorm which is messy and full of Chaos.
