The flat is located in the North of Munich (Garching). You need about 15 minutes to the Technical University, Research Centres (by bus, underground, or bike), and about 25-30 minutes to the heart/centre of Munich (University, Marienplatz) by underground.

10 minutes by foot to the nearest cosy beer garden located closeby the Isarauen.

The apartment has a two separate rooms (11 and 17 qm), a bathroom with tub, tumbler and washing machine, a balcony, a huge living room (common room 24 qm) and a well-equipped kitchen (oven with ceran cooktop, new dishwasher, new washing machine, tumbler). The smaller room (11 qm) is available for rent as of 1 April 2024.
Tenants are currently (PhD) students from Germany.

Monthly rent: 770 Euro including operational costs for heating, electricity, warm water, disposal fees and service costs. In particular, foreign students are welcome to apply for flat sharing. Additional costs for internet and name tag for apartment to be paid by tenant.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Norden von München (Universitätsstadt Garching). Per Bus, Bahn oder Fahrrad dauert es etwa 15 Minuten bis zur TU Garching und den Forschungsinstituten, etwa 25-30 Minuten sind es per U-Bahn zur Innenstadt München (Uni, Marienplatz).

10 Minuten zu Fuss zum nächsten gemütlichen Biergarten in der Nähe der Isarauen.

Die Wohnung hat zwei separate Zimmer (11 qm, 17 qm), Bad mit Badewanne und eigener Waschmaschine&Trockner, einen Balkon und ein großes Wohnzimmer (24 qm, Gemeinschaftsraum) sowie eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Ofen und Ceran-Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler, neuer Waschmaschine und neuem Trockner). Das kleinere (11 qm) der beiden Zimmer ist momentan zu mieten. Die Wohnung wird momentan von zwei Deutschen (PhD-)Studenten bewohnt.

Miete pro Monat: 770 Euro inkl. Betriebskosten, Heizkosten, Warmwasserkosten, Strom, Müllgebühr und Hausmeisterservicekosten. Zusätzliche Kosten für Internet und Namensschild müssen vom Mieter getragen werden.
