It is a room on the 1st floor. It is huge room (26m2). It has a small balcony and a view. Suitable for one person or a couple.
It is a house and has huge garden and basement. The house has lot of storage for all the things.
The kitchen is shared between 6 people but we hardly cook at the same time so it is mostly free. There are two bathrooms shared between 6 people. It also has Dishwasher/Microwave/oven
There is basement where there is a TV and you can do recreational activities.
The location is near Harthaus S-bahn station in Germering. The house is 10 minutes away from Harthaus S-Bahn and 5 minutes away from bus station.
Supermarket is 5 mins away. There is Aldi, AEZ and Lidl. REWE is 10 mins far.
There is also a shopping mall which has restautants and Cinemaxxx which is also 5 mins away
There are currently 6 people living in this house. Mostly we communicate in English since it is international WG. Some of them are students and some of them are working full time.
We usually chill around on weekends. We cook/bake together and have a beer and watch movies. We also have really good party basement equipped with speakers and have parties.
