Ich suche eine/n nette/n Mibewohner/in in einer 2er Wg. Das Zimmer ist 14,5 qm groß. Liegt in Südlage mit großzügigem Balkon und Panoramafenster. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Das Haus ist noch relativ neu. Wurde erst vor etwa sechs Jahren neu erbaut. Es liegt nahe der Naturwissenschaften und dem Uniklinikum. Diese sind also gut mit dem Rad oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist etwa 55qm groß und beinhaltet ein schönes Tageslichtbad mit Regendusche und Handtuchtrockner.

Die Wohnung liegt im College Park, am Stadtrand Richtung Kleinlinden. Uni und besonders Naturwissenschaften sind aber gut und schnell mit dem Rad erreichbar.
Ich selber studiere momentan im Master Ernährungsökonomie und suche eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in. Würde mich als offene, unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin beschreiben :D. Das WG Leben war bisher immer ruhig aber trotzdem haben wir gerne mal was zusammen unternommen wie zusammen kochen, mal was trinken gehen oder einfach über alle möglichen Themen quatschen :)
