wir vermieten dir 2 Zimmer (ca. 16 + 20 qm), mit Single-Küche im Flur (auf Wunsch könnte in einem Zimmer eine Küchenzeile eingerichtet werden und zur Wohnküche werden), Duschbad, seperater Eingang im 1. OG in einer Hüttenberger-Hofreite.
Wir (zwei Frauen 23 + 56) haben 2 Freigänger Katzen, 2 Hunde und Pferde von daher wird ein/e tierliebe/r Mitbewohner/in evtl. mit 1 Hund und/oder auch Pferd gesucht.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse in Hüttenberg-Hörnsheim, von hieraus bist Du auch schnell im Feld und am Bach, super für Spaziergänge, Inliner und Radfahren etc.,
bis zur Bushaltestelle (310) ca. 1 Min entfernt,
bis Innenstadt Gießen ca. 8 km, eigener PKW von Vorteil
REWE-Markt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Bank etc. im Ort.
