Mittendrin in der pulsierenden Innenstadt Gießens. Der Seltersweg ist die urbane Shoppingmeile von Gießen. Nur 3 Minuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle und vom nächsten REWE entfernt. Die Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen ist lediglich 6 Gehminuten, die THM erreicht ihr in ca. 10 Gehminuten. Der Bahnhof Gießen ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Gestaltet euch das WG-Leben nach euren Vorstellungen. Es handelt sich schließlich um eine Neugründung. Ich bin wiegesagt die Vermieterin und lebe selbst nicht dort. Nichtsdestotrotz wünsche ich mir eine offene und tolerante Umgebung. Diskriminierung, Rassismus, Misogynie oder andere Formen der Exklusion sind unerwünscht. Geraucht werden sollte nur auf dem Balkon (der zu Zimmer 3 gehört).
Es wird um die Einkommensnachweise der letzten 3 Monate und eine aktuelle Schufa (request now) -Auskunft gebeten. Gerne könnt ihr auch kurz etwas zu euch schreiben.
