Das Zimmer hat 16 qm mit einer Dachschräge und einem Schwingfenster. In dem Zimmer ist ein Kabel sowie Internetanschluss vorhanden. Ebenfalls sind mehrere Steckdosen, für einfachen Stromzugang, sowie zwei Lichtschalter , um etwa vom Bett aus Licht auszuschalten vorhanden. Die Küche und das Bad werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor der Haustür mit Anbindung zum Bahnhof. Das Einkaufszentrum Neustädter Tor ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar in dem sich ein Penny sowie Tegut befinden. Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zeughauses der JLU mit einer Bibliothek.
Ich bin 26 und führe demnächst mein Studium in außerschulischer Bildung und Kunstpädagogik fort. Ich bin ein sehr geselliger Mensch. Bisher war das WG Motto "alles kann nichts muss". Wäre von Vorteil wenn wir eine offene WG führen und sich niemand im Zimmer verschanzt.
