Hey hey,
das Zimmer ist knapp 16qm2 groß und ab sofort frei! Die Warmmiete inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom/Wasser/Internet/Telefon) beträgt 220 Euro. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert und kann nach Absprache übernommen werden.
Ansonsten hat die WG alles was man braucht großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Trockner,etc...
Und die Bewohnerparkplätze befinden sich im Hof hinterm Haus.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Lahn und ist zu Fuß 5 min von der Innenstadt entfernt. Direkte Busanbindungen zur Uni (Phil I/II 12 min), Bahnhof (10 min) und Innenstadt (2 min) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Neustädter Tor, Aldi, Edeka) sind auch alle zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Deine Mitbewohner Lina und Stina studieren beide Medizin und sind sehr aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert.
Die WG war bis jetzt keine reine Zweck-WG!
