Hey, unsere bisherige Nummer 3 wechselt ins Arbeitsleben, deshalb suchen wir (beide m / 25J / Studenten) ab dem 1.9 einen Nachmieter für sein 16qm großes Zimmer. Sollten die 16qm nicht das gesamte Gepäck etc fassen, dann haben wir auch noch ein etwa gleichgroßen Abstellraum im Keller. Mit Internet (16MBit), Telefon und Kabel-TV liegt die Warmmiete alles in allem bei 220€. Unsere Küche ist bis auf eine Spülmaschine komplett ausgestattet. Bad und Toilette sind räumlich von einander getrennt. Die Waschmaschine steht im Bad neben der Dusche-Badewanne-Kombination. Parken ist in der Ludwigstraße meist eine ziemliche Herausforderung dafür ist die Lage direkt am Uni-Hauptgebäude ansonsten top. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt, nicht weiter weg sind Bahnhof, Uniklinik und Supermärkte. Bei Fragen etc einfach per Email melden..
