Hallo,
bei uns wird ab sofort ein Zimmer in der Wg frei.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und groß, die Fläche beträgt 22 qm. Im Haus gibt noch einen Keller.
Im Mietpreis von 405 euros sind alle Nebenkosten, inkl. GEZ, Hausmeisterservice enthalten und der wurde schon an den Heizkosten angepasst.
In der Wg wohnen noch 2 Mädels, daher sind wir auf der Suche nach einer passenden weiblichen Person.
Die Lager eignet sich super für Studenten, in der Nähe befindet sich 3 Bushaltestellen, zum NaWi Campus sind 5 min mit dem Bus, zum Philisophikum 10, zur Ludi 5 min zu Fuß. Berliner Platz und auch ein Lidl sind fußläufig nur 10 minuten.
Du wohnst mit 2 entspannten, ruhigen Mädels, die immer gerne einem helfen.
Wir sind keine Party WG und bevorzügen ein respektvolles und harmonisches Miteinanderleben.
Wichtig: meine Möbel müssen für 400 euros übernommen werden.
Dieser beinhaltet:
Bett mit Matratze und Lattenrost, Couch mit Couchtisch, Bürotisch mit Bürostuhl, Bücherregal mit Kommode und ein Kleiderschrank, Anteil an Waschmaschine in der Küche.

Hello,
A room in our apartment is a room as from 1.6 or earlier available. The available space is 22 qm and there are 3 windows so that it's quite sunny. A basement for storage is also available.
The rent costs 405 euros, including all utilities with Hausmeister, GEZ etc and was already adjusted to the rising heating cost.
We are a mix of Students and working Persons, you will be living with 2 other girls in the Wg, who would rather live with another girl. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, stove, microwave, toaster, fridge and an oven. In the bathroom is a bathtub.
The location in Gießen is superb: 3 Busstops nearby, naturwissenschaften only 5 min and Philisophikum 10, Ludwigstraße for the bars only 5 minutes walking and Berliner Platz 10 min walking.
For groceries there is a Lidl, 10 min away on foot.
Important:
I would like to leave my furniture in the room for 400 euros (VB):
Bed with Lattenrost and Mattress and 2 nightables, Couch with table, Burotable with Chair, bookshelves with commode and wardrobe, and a portion from the washing machine in the kitchen.
