Das Zimmer unterteilt sich in zwei gleich große, aufeinanderfolgende Zimmer. Es hat also ein Durchgangszimmer, das nur du nutzt und daran anschließend ein weiteres Zimmer. Ideal für eine Aufteilung in Wohnen und Schlafen. Das Zimmer liegt zur Westseite und in den Innenhof anderer Häuser. Es ist also sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung besteht insgesamt aus 4 einzelnen Zimmern, die einzeln vom Flur begehbar sind, einer Küche mit Balkon, einem Bad und einer Gäste-Toilette. Dazu gibts noch einen abschließbaren Stauraum, der vom Hausflur erreichbar ist. Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
The available room has 24 sqm and is divided into two rooms with equal size. Only you use the walk-through room to get into your second room. The building is in the backyard, so is not so near to the tracks. Both room are west-sided, into the backyard of other houses.
Altogether, the flat has 4 single bedrooms which are all separately accessible from the flat´s floor. There is one bathroom and an extra guest-toilet. The balcony is accessible from the kitchen. We have an extra storage room, which is accessible from the main floor.
Die Wohnung liegt im Riegelpfad, in einem Hinterhof. Im gesamten Haus leben Studenten-WGs, was das Zusammenleben im Haus sehr angenehm macht. Der Riegelpfad ist nah an allem dran: Die Innenstand ist schnell erreicht, der Bahnhof ebenfalls in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Naturwissenschaften sowie der Phil-Campus sind in 10 Min. mit dem Rad erreichbar. Zum Hauptgebäude geht man 5 min., bis zur THM sind es mit dem Rad knapp 10 Minuten. Supermärkte sind nicht in direkter Nähe, aber sowohl Aldi am Bahnhof, Tegut am Neustädter Tor als auch Lidl und Rewe am Schiffenberger Weg sind alle innerhalb von 10 min mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Die Bäckerei Braun, die auch sonntags geöffnet hat, erreicht man ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten Fußweg.
You are near to the city centre, to the train station and to the different university´s buildings. You can reach the Phil Campus within 10 min by bike, also the natural sciences. The medicine campus is near and you can reach the main building within walking distance. You can reach all important supermarkets within 10 min by bike.
Du ziehst zu 3 weiteren Mitbewohner_innen, wobei 2 davon gerade noch ausgesucht werden und erst ab Mai/Juli in der Wohnung leben werden. Ich selbst bin 30 und arbeite an der JLU und bin am Wochenende (fast) immer bei meinem Freund in Berlin. Bisher war unser Zusammenleben recht locker, was aber das Vorhandenseins eines Putzplans einschließt. Wir sitzen mal zusammen, aber da jeder einen eigenen geregelten Alltag hat, sind diese Momente nicht so häufig wie in einer Ersti-Studenten-WG. In der Woche ist es bei uns eher ruhig, da ich morgens raus muss zur Arbeit und einer der neuen Mitbewohner ebenfalls schon berufstätig ist. Du passt zu uns, wenn du nicht gerade erst zu studieren beginnst und im Zusammenleben nicht deine Ersatz-Familie finden willst :)
